I just realized something. If PJ and Peg's last names are both Pete, yet Peg refers to her husband by Pete, does that mean her husband's full name is Pete Pete?

In some of the really old Mickey Mouse cartoons and comics Pete was portrayed as a villain sporting a pirate-like peg leg -- hence the name Peg Leg Pete. By the fifties this trait had been eliminated and Pete was just plain Pete and not so much a villain than just a neighborhood grouch. A bit of trivia no one asked for but stated anyway.
