@reaper_day do take a look at my previous works and see if it's as awful as you think it will be. It's not like I don't know Japanese at all. I know my way around the grammar and sentence structure, I just need help with kanji that I don't recognize. All said and done I'll still translate it anyway, but whether I post it here or not we'll see.

I agree that you can get a decent result using software translator as a starting point and then checking with a dictionary like JISHO etc. for final touches.
