The language in the small info box beneath the "Manga" button is set through the language tag. The standard is japanese, but if you insert the fitting language tag under "Enter new tags" (here language:english$ ) and the tag gets upvoted enough the language in the info box will change.

Yet again, I wish licensed stuff wasn't expunged but just the cover left, locked, and given a special tag in the title, which is fair use compliant, so we know what exists which is translated and licensed out there. I wouldn't even know about this work existing if it wasn't uploaded here for the limited time, and i'm sure there's many i'll never get to know, which is ultimately a slap in the face of the creator because no exposure = no potential buyer.
