Again, a number of points that could use proofreading. I feel the final page should say, "Everyone, stand down" instead of "stay down."

I'm very sorry, the translation is 7 years old and i'm not proficient enough to translate myself. Whenever there was a line that really looked off, I changed it. Those lines that you mentioned, didn't really stand out to me, maybe because i'm not native english. Oh and some missed "," oops
