She looks like the manga in "WORKING!", same style for the clothes, same haircut, same hard face and she have a bunch of snacks in the first page.
No idea how a gang leader like her would be convinced to do the old an but there is probably some back story to it, of course if is the same character and not just someone heavily based on her.
