I've been dying to know how this finished ever since I saw it on Pixiv, so thanks for uploading it!

My Kanji is weak, but for those without any translation ability, here's the crux of it:

Mary (Marnie) relates how she left her home and managed to find someone she loves. She asks Yuri (Gloria) about it, and Yuri says she never really thought about liking girls or boys, but that she likes Mary now. Mary thinks to herself that she (herself) is a wicked women, because she wants Yuri to say she likes her "forever", not just "now".

This is where the Pixiv sample ended, and as it kinda gives off yandere vibes you could see why I wanted more.

Now for the continuation: Mary can't get into contact with Yuri, and is repeatedly calling her and freaking out, even though Yuri is the champion and thus probably fine. Then she hears that something (?) happened at the hotel. (My weak kanji skills are to blame here). She rushed over to the hospital and checks on Yuri, and is greatly relieved that nothing happened. She then gives a kiss with tongue to Yuri; Yuri enjoys it, but Mary says she wants to try something even more amazing. Mary gives cunnilingus to Yuri, which Yuri also enjoys. Yuri says she wants to return the favor, and Mary says that she shouldn't push herself if it's too hard.

Cut to Yuri absolutely owning Mary. Mary begs her to give her a break, but Yuri says no. She can tell that there's something on Mary's mind, and demands to know what it is. Mary confesses to (what I can only presume, due to poor kanji skills) her earlier feelings, and Yuri tearfully apologises because she didn't realize Mary loved her so much. They make up, and then a nurse interrupts. She explains that they need Yuri to stay for three more days. Yuri exuberantly jumps on Mary, declaring she's going to spend those three days having sex.
