@onenightes: I'd say not, in the raw it reads something like "To be able to savour a double tit- & blow-job, hypnosis sex is seriously the best".
Also the text in the untranslated bubble at page 18 is "narimashu, onyaho narimashu" which looks like a slurred "I'll become, I'll become an onahole".
BTW leaving hand-drawn text (that isn't recognized by OCR) untranslated is a strong indicator that the "translator" doesn't actually know Japanese and is using machine tools... Just saying
