it's not present until page 25 out of 50, exactly halfway into the story, making it feel like a bait and switch. Even then it's only present for ~7+3 pages (20%), and usually barely visible on the page, nor the focus on most pages even.
She spends most of story doing foot licking.
It would have worked much better as a pure smut yuri story, or even a non-h foot licking yuri story.

Even the author notes the weak futa in the afterword.
Even if you want to be pendant about "pure yuri-ness" vs futa tag invalidation, the futa barely passes the presence rule.
