Their necks are thin because they are Pheromosas. If you look up what normal Pheromosas look like, I actually made the neck thicker.

The main thing about Pheromosa is thay they're slender an elegant, and their wings already look like superlong hair. You may have a preferred body-type, but it's so thicc that there's no point to them being Pheromosa in the first place..
