I'm not so sure. This appears to be the source, which matches the colors he uploaded (despite his other uploads being Waifu2x garbage). As it stands, I'm more suspect of this upload's source since it's a lower-quality version I've seen before. The colors just mean that someone tried to clean this mag, maybe with Photoshop's auto-color feature.

Look at the colors for this book's listings on other sites. The colors for the original 9gb scan are also a bit off, but that can probably be fixed. Your version is way too saturated.
