Well, Me-kun haven't done a thing ever since the childhood promise thingy from years ago and then Shinobu got confessed by the(former) 2nd pillar and decided to go out with him cuz she pretty much stopped seeing Me-kun in romantic light since who know when.
So pretty much Vanilla from Shinobu's side imo.
