Hi, again. So, we made this gallery to show @hifuminokareshi how to properly do a scanlation of a doujin. His was good starting point, but we've massively improved from his work that it eventually had too much of our touch to call it an improvement to his gallery. Anyway, we won't be fixing his other doujin, as we really couldn't be bothered. We just want to let him know to improve how he scanlates.

You forgot one major part: saving your files in greyscale instead of RGB color. Your filesize is extremely bloated. As a general rule of thumb, your project should not be significantly larger than the RAW files.
In this case, your files are 160.5 MB, whereas the raw is only 60.59 MB. Checking that file size discrepancy is a guaranteed way to find out if your files are bloated.

Assuming you use Photoshop, you need to convert your files into greyscale by going to "Image" on the top menu, then "Mode", and finally selecting "Greyscale" instead of RGB color. From there, save your B/W files as 32-bit B/W PNGs except for the color title page, which you save as a JPEG to cut down on bloat without sacrificing picture quality. The shortcut to do so is Left Shift + Left Ctrl + Left Alt + S (Yes, you have to press all 4 keys simultaneously) and tweak the settings within the menu that pops up. It's astonishing how many people don't realize this, nor how easy it is to fix even if you don't have Photoshop.

EDIT 2: Thanks for taking my advice to heart. Actually following through on constructive criticism tells me that you want to improve to be able to provide more quality releases, which in turn makes your works stand out among the numerous other uploaders on e-hentai.

EDIT 3: Sorry for missing that little typo. I assumed you ran your script through spell check on Microsoft Word or some other related document file before you gave it to your editor, but I guess not. In the future, spellcheck your scripts before your editor gets them to avoid any future mistakes.
