This is just fucking disgusting. The guy who commissioned this comic wasted over half a years time where Devilhs could've been working on something actually good like his opala series. The logistics of this bother me. It looks like getting cummed inside by a demon overrules normal ovulation limits as well physics and results in a fully formed demon being birthed minutes later. And they are engaged in a nonstop orgy with their demonic children.
Assuming they still need sleep we are looking at something like ~320 demons born per woman per day. He has an entire harem of women being regularly delivered to the demon rape cave from the town. And this has been going on for at least 10 years. (depending on when the older cultist woman had her daughter, timeline is not perfectly clear. I am low-balling it because the cultist daughter does not look 10 she looks 20)

So, lets undersell it and say 100 women.... over those 10 years they should have birthed 116,800,000 demons. And it really should be more like 1000 women... where are all those demons? they should already overrun the entire world and once they conquer a town, the lesser demons (newborns) should have gone for any pussy available instead of just the prettiest like their mighty father. So once they conquer their first town their pop should explode.
