I named this custom as BRX-23UN because it is a 'what if' custom. It is based on our actual political order and calendar.

To this kit background I imagined that Earth Federation was never created but exist in another form. The actual countries still exists, with little changes, almost like is on UC0079.

The center of this political order still being on Brazil, with the HQ located on Jaburo too, but the force used by the goverment is the United Nations "Peace keep" operations - I used Peace Keep between quotation marks because who use a giant armor capable to destroy not one, but innumerous space colonies, to keep peace?!

I got inspiration to create this custom paint work after I watched Patlabor 2 - The Movie, where we can see the Labor Hannibal PKO from UN.
