Small dicks are probably a (over) reaction to all the abnormally large dicks? Also it's a bit of a trope that large dicks hentai tend to have the women go sex crazy, it's probably why it's so intrinsic to NTR given that most of it comes down to the women giving into carnal desires and forsaking existing relationships.
