This is my first time translating anything in earnest, so constructive criticism is welcome. As far as the translation itself goes, I don't know Japanese, but I am learning Mandarin. With that in mind, this English translation is from a Mandarin translation, so if anything seems off (like how I don't really use honorifics) that's probably why. Funny enough, I actually can't find a Japanese version, which would have been helpful for names and other proper nouns. What I most want to know is what parts feel clunky or if anything is confusing. Like, the term for Sakuma's situation is that he is a 走後门進公司的人, literally meaning person who entered the company through the backdoor. Clearly this means he got the job through less than proper means, but signaling that in a way that actually sounds good in English may have caused some clunk in the dialogue. If anyone has font recommendations, that would also be helpful. I feel like the fonts I have just don't quite do the job. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with how this turned out for a first time effort. I intend to translate the rest of this story, as Sink seems a criminally under-rated artist.
Hmmm pretty interesting story so far, definitely can't wait to see how this all unravels. your translation was good in my opinion i had no issues keeping up, so overall good job and cant wait for the next part!
@lapislunatic Yea, he is a under-rated artist and you just made me discover him, thank you for your job and I am waiting for the chap 2 !! Good luck !!!
