Having played the game it goes like this
Loli Lady is sick, so Kunoichi Sakura goes to get the cure
As you walk you can get groped by tentacles and stuff (this is annoying because it happens like every 7 steps) and this raises corruption
Her expression and reaction to lewds changes to being more into it
The final boss pretends to the the loli but as a futa and you can accept submission or fight
The ending changes depending on if you're Low Corruption or High Corruption
Basically Sakura returns, heals her lady and then they fuck and make a baby. (So impregnation.)
If she's low corruption it's a lovey dovey end and if it's high it's rape.
