Original size should be 1320x990 but some GIFs body parts were cut off that doesn't look so good
so I edited some pictures

This is the uploader guy. Eh, I'm not mad. Someone else can press the 'Expunge' button for either of our CG galleries but it won't be me.
That said, I got some tips: These gifs are really big. I've looked through ways to reduce GIF size and the best I've come up with is using ScreenToGif. If you're fine with already having a background on it, you can just record the .gif and it'll result in a relatively small file with little-to-no difference in quality. There's also an option to lower quality in exchange for lower file size; in addition to cropping, scaling and removal of unnecessary frames of course. Sadly no batch options but if you're doing it manually anyways it's pretty good.
