Oh, I remember this one! I bought it a long time ago and did a "machine translation" to see what it was about. I didn't think it was a CYOA style novel, but rather a series of transformations.

As far as I know, the story is that a mother and her daughter go shopping in an appartment store and they find the "little girl" of the first page. I don't remember her name but it's really european, like Elise or Elsie. The thing is that she transforms the mother and/or daughter into different things during the story by feeding them "transformation candy".
They go from beign Haniwa statues on an exhibition to a doll that gets "molested" by her daughter, to fabric and cloth that the "little girl" uses to make herself a kimono with a sash included (even if she complains that the two cloths do not combine at all), to a pair of figurines that get drawn by two schoogirls playing a gachapon machine.

The last part is how the "little girl" convince them that they aren't human, but dolls that she transformed into humans so they could experience how a human family is and how it is to be a human. In the end she turns the two into "figures" that she puts on the sale section and leaves them there to be sold.

One of the best Shinenkan Works out there and I would kill for an "official" translation.
