They are "doing" these not despite, but because they have already been done. They literally just take someone else's translation, cut the images in a way that nobody really needs (except maybe to avoid image detection), and repost it here with a bunch of links to payment services and ad filled sites, often with poor tags. There is no intention to make a wider range of work available overall.

I would suggest that instead of searching for this hentaiuniverse page, search for the title of the work instead. The original translators are often far ahead of these, and are more deserving of support in the first place

when in fact they are just making money off someone else's work. I've pointed out that they did the same thing with japanese manga (re-uploading something that was already FULLY TRANSLATED in small batches, not including the translator's group name / credits pages) and when caught red handed they deleted their own gallery.

Iirc, this is the one that was dropped by manhwa18, but the translator wanted to keep working on it, so he posted scripts for the earlier ones he had been working on and then sums for the rest of the chapters that were out at the time. And then Goshiwon picked it up from there. You can find ch. 1-33 and then 49-76 here:

Does anyone actually... Relate to this? It's nicely drawn, the women are gorgeous but literally everyone in it is a mental patient or a sociopath to the point that even the sex scenes are off-putting bordering on disgusting. On top of that, even the worst characters aren't that interesting with the rest being flat out lifeless so all this turns out to be is just a bunch of dull salarymen talking and occasionally mating. It's more like an alien research study into human working conditions than something done by an actual person.
