Another thing, here on e-hentai, you can edit the existing gallery for changes like these.
The old gallery will still exist, but will be listed as the parent of the new one, and they'll be shown as a single result in searches, and there'll be no need to trouble yourself with expunging the old one.
There's a limit to how frequently you can do it, but as long as it's once or twice a month, or the addition of new chapters, it should be fine.
