Note that the original PDF is password protected, and the Chrome re-saving trick to remove the password doesn't seem to work. I only know the resolution, not the DPI. Thankfully the PDF consists of one image per page rather than various different smaller images assembled into a page. I exported it as JPG under the assumption that it's 300DPI. The final filesize of the folder is close to the PDF size. Here's the original PDF if you want that too.

Elemhunter: There is one solution to extract this pages without using any password.
Open this pdf in to sumatra, select the picture and copy image.
Open Photoshop, add new image and paste the file.
Works for me 100%
