I think it a little poorly worded, when it says vanishing I am thinking the dick should disappear not reappear. I know it means the magic itself is vanishing and hence the dick is coming back. But the wording made me do a double take.

This... needs work. In a lot of areas.
First off, the language is grammatically awkward/incorrect in almost every panel.
Second, the art isn’t very good.

The language is easily fixed, just find a good proofreader or maybe a writer to work with.

As for the art, that takes time above all else. I’d suggest taking time to do angle, figure, and lighting studies following guides online. Practice is the only thing which can improve your art, but there are ways to practice which are better for you in the long run.

You’re already better than a lot of artists on deviantart or the depths of this site, that much is evident. But if you want to take this seriously, then there’s a lot of room to improve and plenty of artists in the TF/TG art community which are more than willing to help.
