Since when was Isabelle a low tier character? She has really good specials, and a really good recovery. That is my only issue with this issue. Everything else is great.

@BullRockLord if you spent literally 10 seconds looking it up you'd find that Isabelle is universally considered to be a bottom tier character and has almost 0 representation in the competitive scene.

Anyways, Isabelle has poor movement, especially ground movement. In addition her neutral is generally very linear. She'll mostly be throwing out fair and nair since her grounded normals all have pretty bad frame data/hitboxes and as mentioned before she doesn't have the ground movement needed to make up for it. Her main weakness tho is her disadvantage state, nair and airdodge are her only good landing options, and nairs hitbox is easily beaten out by most of the moves used to catch landings. And while her recovery goes very far, it's easily edge guarded by most of the cast since if she's too far away for her tether she jas no real mixups.

Her advantage state is great tho, that's where she really shines. Down b and side b are great ledge trapping tools, fair and nair are great for edge guarding, she can cover large areas with relatively safe moves. Her advantage is at the level of a high tier, but with the other two game states being sub par and the meta hugely favouring generalists that isn't nearly enough.

Edit: oh also up air is a hood juggling tool and her OoS game is a bit below average but not horrible unless you're fighting ROB or something.
