A friend of mine apparently was able to acquire some high quality scans of this doujin a while ago and he shared it to me. Unsure where he got them from, but I thought I'd share with everyone here for the sake of archiving them.

It's a shame some of Nanao's other works have been uploaded in such poor quality. It doesn't seem like they're very fond of digital releases either, which makes this all the more frustrating.
