He recolored his. Some people didn't like that so I made this. This is essentially his translation, but with the original colors.

Page 1, 13, 20, 39 and 53 have some of the recolor bleeding through around the inserted text. I'll get to fixing that later in an update(similarly to the way page 5 has been). For now the rest of it is good to go.

@Otaku1111989 I do these to challenge myself. I've only done this once before. First time was more simple than this, but I had to learn the best way to work in layers from scratch. This time I've also drawn in all the missing pieces and hidden imperfections with the stretch and smear tool.

It'll be a while before I do one again.

As mentioned earlier, this isn't 100% done yet, but it's better that you get to view it now than that the remaining stuff keeps it hidden on my drive. The entire translation is there.

Do any of you know which font was used for this?
It might be easier to replicate the font rather than clean it up. Page 1 has a translucent shadow as well, which makes it kinda impossible for me to get it 100% right with my current method anyway.

If you want to identify a font you can try fontsquirrel.com or whatfontis.com (Warning this site is annoying in its attempts to make you sign up and pay). Just cut out a bubble of the font you would like to identify and upload it there. With a bit of luck you'll have your answer and you can download the font directly (if free) or you get directed to site where you can buy it (if you want). It's also possible to pirate it but how hard to find will vary greatly with the font.

I'm correcting the next image right now. Page 20. After that it's only 39 and 53 I can still do the way I've been doing till now. Page 1 has to be done differently.
