I know I'll get downvoted to Hell since it's a Terasu MC work, but I'll geniunely never understand how someone can be aroused by this. I don't even understand how someone can write/enjoy reading something like that, even taking sex out of the equation. I can understand cheating, even though I don't like it. There's that feeling of doing something forbidden, that feeling of wondering if you'll get caught. But NTR like this? Where people's lives are ruined? Where the artist always does his best at imagining unlikely scenarios so that the cucked guy/girl will suffer as much as possible (like immortality)? I can't understand it, and I frankly don't think I ever will.

The book would just be 500 hundred pages of children suffering, nothing else, no good ending, no justice, no nothing. Would you think the author who wrote this is normal? Would you think people who enjoyed reading the book are normal? I know I wouldn't. It's the same thing here. Sexual or not sexual, it is to me profoundly illogical to enjoy seeing people suffer, unless you actually like it when real people suffer, in which case it's logical, but not very moral. (And actually, that hypothetical book I just made up isn't really different from this work.)

There is inherently no reason, when you are an author, to make your characters suffer on purpose, if you aren't going to write a good ending and bring justice later on. To me the people who like to write/read those things, and are even turned on by it, have something seriously wrong with their brain, I actually mean it, it's not an insult. There's a reason why people with sick fetishes tend to fail in society. This is it.
