@Letmeinjoe09 Yeah the dude dies. Doing MTL on this one from what I can understand the story is the following. Skip to the last part if you just wanna know what happens in the end.

Husband has gotten into an accident of some sort that has left him blind and with his legs mostly disabled. The wife is home to take care of him pretty much 24/7 and from what I can understand he treats her pretty badly expecting her to take care of his needs but not caring for hers. Doesn't want to talk to her and instead listens to music or whatnot while she just sits beside him alone. Then there is a careworker that is hired to help with taking care of the husband. He slowly seduces the wife and then eventually they start having sex and it all escalates more and more until the careworker tells the wife that wouldn't it be much better if the husband was "gone"? to which she responds yeah and smiles.

The wife and careworker then comes up with a scheme were they light a candle so the husband will think there is a fire then when he's crawling and trying to escape while screaming for help and where they are at. He eventually finds the room in which they are fucking. They then proceed to tell him all they've done and what is happening now until the husband has a heart attack which the two of them pretty much just laughs at and continue fucking. It then skips a bit and were shown some neighbours saying how awful it is that the husband died when the wife was making such effort to take care of him. Then the caretaker thinks something like heh, I made quite a lot of money from the life insurance but now I gotta move on and get a new mark, or something, implying that he uses his job to find couples and then convince the wives to kill their husbands so they can split the life insurance money. The wife is also shown just living it up and having a bunch of orgies in their apartment now that she's gotten a bunch of money and the husband is gone.
