I only read the first two chapters but this is very simple: the MC is a rounin who got a job at this food company which is basically his boss' harem. Every woman in this company signed a contract where they must handle his sexual desire at any time and any place. So, for the moment, the president fucks a different girl at the beginning of the day. Also, he hired the MC because he knew the guy came with ulterior motives. If he has good results, he will get privileges like him and that's why, while getting "ntred", he is happy at the thought of being able to fuck too, one day.
