Last pages, nachsatz, and back cover (all advertisement) are missing from the original blob.

To add insult to injury, not only I have no idea on the identity of the source - but my version of the original spread archive was corrupted, which forced me to download the missing piece, cover, from the seemingly only place this thing left online: a third party source that with notorious deliberation compromises original images by editing their credits onto them. File in question seems to be free of significant molestation - but its condition indicates that it was reconstructed from the original archive with same error as it was present in mine, and then cropped out to remove graphic aberrations at the top of the image.
