Fun fact, there is title cards only with a bought gallery, so using the dlsite page won't give you both title cards. People can tell I'm quite salty, and I admit it I am, but I'm going to do this before someone else does because no one cares to actually message me if they care that much about a missing cover.

There are some nasty lowlives around , whom will do everything to become E-H No.1 uploader (perhaps to brag to their mums) and are going round hoarding, sniping and hijacking galleries with the help of outdated rules . Here's my whole problem with this missing cover rule. I understand it for normal doujins and even digital ones. Covers a lot of the time are unique pieces of art that don't actually appear in the doujin, and often times it's colored and has possibly other things with it. However, for artist CG sets, I get that they're nice for organization, but they are NOT unique. They are low resolution 640x540 images with snippets from the actual cg set, so covers in a set like I uploaded here and the set that got sniped by someone else have no value to the actual set but for maybe organization. Hell, a lot of the times covers don't come with these, and if we care about preserving the original work and the artist didn't even give the person who spent their money a cover, maybe it should be fine to not upload a cover, again for artist CG sets like this.

I know we're all just smackin our meat to some 2D images and sailing the seas to get our rocks off, but there should be some honor among thieves. If I got a PM from those people, they ask "Hey we are going to reupload _____ gallery with a cover image if you aren't going to do it in _____ amount of days" I would have been annoyed, and if I missed those days and they did it. I would at least respect they had the decency to state what they were doing.

Hell, my profile says that I've been online or logged in these days too, it's not like I'm dead, I just lurk. I don't typically like chatting it up with others and keep to myself, maybe upload something that I bought once in a blue moon. I get maybe doing a reupload for a user who hasn't logged in for like 3 years on some of these galleries and adding a cover page, a bit scummy, but I have an inkling of understanding to that.

I looked at the comments of the people who denied my expunge appeal for my other gallery, and they're right. I got fucked by the rules and should have expressed it on the forums and not use the system, and I just have to be careful next time with my uploads, like this one. Thankfully, all my other galleries of title pages, so I'm good in that regard.

Sorry for the long winded comment, It's a rant on a hentai and art website, but man it does feel good to get some of my feelings of this situation out. Overall, I got fucked, didn't think a shitty low res cover was that important, and learned a lesson that people will in fact abuse the rules even on a websites like this where there is a lot of comradery but at the same time some scum on the top. I just need to be careful next time like that person said.

It honestly feels like the mods don't care about actually moderating at all, otherwise saltcutlet, pokom, klorpa and cgc would have been banned long ago.
