Nah. The pictures included at the end indicate they probably photoshopped the cherry red coloring. It's like that one Disharmonica set where her skin gets photoshopped pure white for the main set but you can see in the shibari sets they only lightened her skin with makeup and didn't actually paint her milk-white.
