Why does it say "brothers" on the first page if one of them is a girl?

I...feel like something is missing here. Cause the end she says she can't conceive and implies this is some sort of plan on her part. But I don't know what that "plan" is exactly other then maybe she's deliberately trying to make him stupider through sex? Why would she be doing that in the first place? He's not showing her any affection so it can't be to try and lure him into a long-term relationship. He flat out says if she gets pregnant he won't take responsibility. Is it to fuel her own superiority complex? If so why would that include being demeaned by him?

And why can't she conceive when she's clearly past the age where she can? Does she mean it's not that time of her cycle? But sometimes women get pregnant due to sperm lingering in the body for days afterwards. Does she not know this? Am I looking too closely? If he's doing it any time she's showing him up and she's doing it constantly then he's going to hit the bullseye eventually.

So my reading of it is that she purposefully angers him so he will have sex with her.
She actually loves him, probably a longing due to their time apart.
He may not actually hate her but is using that as cover while trying to boost his own ego.
Potentially he is actually acting dumb to have an excuse to be with her under the pretext of raping her as a form of retribution for embarrassing him.
She is on the pill and once she is sure that he is fully within her control she is going to flip the yandere switch, come off the pill, possibly rape him, get pregnant, and force him to always be with her.

Also that character page implies that there will be a sequel and that things are not as the character sheet makes them appear. Hell it wouldn't surprise me if we found out she killed her mother so she could live with her brother.
