Ok the way that was worded now I'm positive this Carli design is not entirely original because it hit me instinctly where I've seen a similar model and it's was from Brain Drop - WVM game.
Basically this would be a fully grown version of his character who's a college freshman minus the freckles.

Edit: @Altona Falcon, WVM is the name Brain Drop given the game and it revolve around the name of the college the characters go to but it might be base on the character who actually run it, the full name still eludes me.

Might as well share some meaningless info about her since im totally not putting off working on renders - She's 181cm tall (5'11 - I suck at measurment transfer into imperial), with the three sizes of 132 - 70 - 123 (Underbust 75, all in cm). The earliest pic i made of her that I still have is https://imgur.com/hZ3WXXw (which imgur says i uploaded in 2016, but if i remember right i made her in TK in like 2015-ish. there were more but.. tumblr porn exodus happened and then modsgarden went tits up)

...Damn i had this model for more than half a decade.
