It's NTR. The site lays out the definition plain and simple. Kyoko chooses to date her son's friend behind his back and more or less forsakes her maternal relationship with her son for the "friend" of her son. Also she was raped which just about every NTR uses either rape, drugs or blackmail. This story fails to be any different than any other shitty NTR.
