I was the original purchaser of the script and also a member of CutePa.ws (and owner). I meant to translate it but got caught up in life. I think it deserves a full editing job so I replaced mostly all the SFX so this took hours. I tried contacting the uploader of the MS Paint edit version but haven't gotten a response. If they want to replace their gallery with this one, that is fine.
