If you decide to continue translating/editing stuff, I can recommend you to not use left aligned text... Centered text is far better.
Another things that you can improve is "fonts". You first need to find a more suitable font. If you want, you can also find several fonts (one for normal text / one when the character is horny / getting fucked... etc = possible to play with different fonts).
