One of my favorite to translate, mainly because it's from Xenosaga and I am a huge fan of the series.

First off, this translation may or may not really be called a "translation", because it's more like a re-writing or re-editing-but I do try to follow the original script as best I can. Put any of the later pictures (Page 03 and everything Page 66 through page 120) into the translation sites that I'm using (https://translateimages.site/ and Google Translate), and you'll see why doing a perfect one-to-one translation is very difficult. I do add my own interpretations to the script when I think it's necessary for the story (or when I'm just playing around), which could be seen as re-writing or re-editing the original Japanese script, but again, I still try to follow what the characters are saying in each scene, and then I just add in my own ideas to either make the scene more interesting or to add to what is being said. Very hard to do, especially for anything Circle Hitori-related, but I do think this one turn out better than the last Circle Hitori I "translated".

There may be some errors and typos that might throw off some people, like how the humans refer to KOS-MOS as "Solaris", while the aliens refer to KOS-MOS properly, but again-that's just what was coming out of those translation sites, so I just rolled with it...and it does kinda work out in the end-all things considered.

Just a few advices besides reading a typesetting tutorial.
1. Using Paint to typeset a manga is like showing up to a gunfight with a spoon. If you don't want to spend money on Photoshop you can visit gimp.org and download GIMP for free.
2. You will need some comic fonts like the free Anime Ace, Wurper Comics, Komika, Wurmics Bravo, Chinacat, Dupree, or Fennario to name a few. You can download them from sites like dafont.com

I'm gonna go against the grain here and say I appreciate the effort even it's clearly not the highest quality. Obviously typesetting and using a program that isn't paint would be nice, but I can still enjoy the gallery if the text is out of place.

Better than your last attempt so I appreciate the effort. Rather than saying stop or insulting you, I will agree with @Ancient-Alien has to say. Use Gimp if you're not using Photoshop. It's free. Use a different text font. I wouldn't categorize this as solely a rewrite but not a translation either. More like meh quality machine translation. So long as you're getting better and actually taking advice to heart, I will appreciate that someone has come out to actually do these works.

I think before anything else you need to learn better spelling and grammar. There are so many fucking typos and weird grammar, you "improvised" with machine translations and it's still awkward as fuck.. At least people who make shit up usually end up with their scripts reading fine.

Looks like I'll have to do this then.
Gonna take some time, since I'm inexperienced but don't want to post a low quality work.
Also English isn't my first language, and I'm still learning Japanese, so a lot of time will be spent with the dictionary, proofreading and googling of english grammar lol, while trying to preserve both meaning and delivery of what is said.
I'm doing some extra manual work with the edits, that I probably could automate with plugin (for now, mostly the squiggly borderline around a lot of the girl's text, that for this work at least, I'll just draw by hand), and I'm anguishing about the SFX and oral sounds for now, so I'll do the SFX last I think (feels good to procrastinate right?).
I haven't decided yet wether to do all versions, or just one.

If you're interestered in my process as a solo translator/editor/typesetter/proofreader it'll be like this for this work:
1. upscale and clean artifacts from images with waifu2x, the finished result will be much better looking
2. type both japanese (serves as double duty for Japanese practice) and english translation into notepad, one image at a time, until 1-2 scenes are done.
3a. proofreading here, and then typesetting, pretty much simultaneously with editing. Use new text bubbles better suited for English, so overall it will read and look better, and arguably easier to do than reusing original bubbles since those are opaque if you look closely.
3b. editing (using both clean version and jap txt version for reference), using one layer each for: background, text, voice outside of regular text, SFX, borders (this one is slightly opaque).
4. typeset the SFX, I'm putting this off for now, and need to settle on what fonts to use.
5. after 1-4 for the entire work, convert pdn files (like photoshop files, pdn is just what i use) into jpg at xx% quality with size/quality in mind.
6. MAKE SURE NOT TO DELETE PDN FILES LOL!

Well, I'm already feeling the toll of this undertaking, but I'll do my best.
I'm sure I'll learn quite a lot from this, lol.
