Great job! All of these look pretty good; I like how even just changing the hair works well at changing the character. One thing I'd suggest if possible is to add a bit more detail to the bodies, like nails, bit more shading/shadows, etc. If you're going to re-use the poses a lot, I think it'd look better with extra detail.
