I know we're all having a good laugh at failed wisdom and such, but considering the plot of this story of "two lost adventurers" and the elf leader named "Restia", this is most likely a 'sequel' (same setting/"antagonist") to the other gender-bent elf series this author did starting here: /g/1596749/55ba1dd083/

It's a 3 parter where two adventurers (both slavers) go to an elf village and one of them is turned into an elf by a red haired elf named "Listea", who also dresses the exact same way. It should be noted that while the rape here is "haha hentai silly", the fact that the story is about two slavers means that the story beats are all darker and rather than mind-break/corruption like here (where elf gets slutty and succumbs), it's essentially rape and mind-wipe to forget awful stuff in the trilogy.

^well it's not really common for GB to have a good story yet alone character or settings.
The best I can remember that has some unique plot in it was some of the Kouji stuff, otherwise most of the GB would be mind break, corruption, rape, identity death, mixed into one.
