I mean, in regards to the actual editing in of the tattoos, that's fairly well done. Might be less impressive than I think it is, as the extent of my graphic design is limited to manually erasing backgrounds on images for folder icons, editing out text, and censoring bulging clothed nipples so my submissions to the Mudae bot get accepted.

The real issues are that the images themselves are low res, a few (notably the Ryuko/Satsuki and Seras ones) feel like they just slapped on every tattoo they could fit, and that the Jirou one feels out of place given that she has the tattoos BEFORE the domination loss.

It'd get 5 stars from me if that got fixed, as the amount of triggering this kind of thing results in is always hilarious. It's why I have a favorites category dedicated to "drama".
