A DNP list keeps the peace with those artists that limit the distribution of their art. It's a reasonable compromise over constantly being embroiled in drama, DDOS attacks, copyright claims, etc. Obviously, it's annoying to have less access to quality wanking material, but I know I'd prefer things operate the way they are now than everything being far more inconsistent/antagonistic.
