Hm, so regarding Gyaru Meguru and what happened to her we have a few variations, based on how exactly author thinks about time travel (btw, moat likely it's connected to the our popular "future diary anime with yandere"). As for hints we have
A) Gyaru diary connected to Normal Megury diary
B) Gyaru diary getting updated based on her feelings in real-time, instead of post-factum
C) But her memory don't, so she is completely isolated from her future
D) Her meeting with herself didn't lead to universe collapse, but most likely normal Meguru never actually noticed her similarity to gyaru.
E) She is indeed Meguru and not her grand-grand-grand-child, unless she froze herself in cryo soon after death of MC, since ahe does have memory of him.
F) In this time travel you get transferred both physically and mentally, otherwise there would psycho Meguru with two separated personality (yandere version).

As for how Gyaru actually got transferred to past, i would say god deity, which took pity on her, rather than technology (hint E)
Theory number 1. There is multiple universe i.e. multiple parallel universes. So there is only one ending:
Gyaru Meguru returns heartbroken to her own timeline (ideally) pregnant with her beloved's child, since in last scene there were no condom. (Medium happy ending)
Since author follows "future diary" (phone's diary, meeting with yourself doesn't collapse universe, phone get updated based on owner feelings, before written actions are taken) in at least three aspects, there is not so many hints againts it.

Theory number 2. There is only one universe i.e. no parallel universes, so when Gyaru came back to past she indeed was changing her own past, without creating a different timeline. From here we have two ending
1) Gyaru returns to non-existing future, so she disappears from universe, since her source poing is no longer exists in timeline, i.e. timelane got trunked, i.e. bad ending
2) Gyaru returns to exact same time as she departed from, and since we have Meguru that's already exists in her new timeline we now have two physical Meguru (hell yeah, threesome), best ending, towards this ending we have hint F

For theory 2 we have hint A, because there is connection with normal Meguru (otherwise, her phone would never change diary, so he must be taken from the current timeline and not parallel universe)

@Dante456 There is another possibility everyone seems to be ignoring. It was showing two futures, kanata's being that he didn't have the accident an he and megu will have a happy life together and future megu's new history where he didn't die and she's now waiting for him.
As such the only major change to future megu's history is she didn't become a gyaru.
Its a fairly safe assumption based on the framing of the last two pages and how it just cuts from kanata saying the earrings suit her to a suddenly slightly older megu saying she's not upset he's late and she's glad to see him.
