What's with all the bad mouth edits on page 1?

I saw a post on twitter from his friend that relatedguy sadly passed away. What makes it more sad was how much he spoke well of him, and how even a complete stranger like me now felt bad that he is gone having never spoken with him. But I think his words and view on life were quite apt, and he would not want us to be too sad.
