Yes, it's impossible to figure out the order of the English volumes without a lot of work.

The stories are numbered 1-13. But #6 and #12 are not actually new stories, but compilations.

When this volume was translated months ago, I had said that if someone was able to acquire the RAWS for Volume 14, that I was going to have a translation for it commissioned as well. But nobody stepped forward to get them, and by the time I was willing to pony up to pay for it to be bought and scanned, it was sold out.

And unfortunately, it may as well have been printed on paper made of the True Cross for how easy it has been to acquire. Took like 4 months for a copy to surface, which it finally did last week. I'm happy to report that Volume 14 & 15 have both been bought, and I'm just waiting for the scans so that they can be commissioned!
