lets be fair, Kirito doesnt "stand around and do nothing" the 100+ isekai protags he's compared to. rather its that despite him being a loser most of the time (purely by his own actions or behaviors) he either has exactly what he need to get the job done when it matters which ends up making parts of the story seem pointless or excessively railroady to the point you could accurately guess what happens next.

Unless netorare's definition changed, I don't see anything like that here. Cheating yes, but netorare no.

Klein wanted a helping hand and it got further because Asuna did something that she does to Kirito as a habit, and even then Klein didn't want to go further because of his friendship, so he never intended to steal Asuna.
As for Asuna, because of Klein and her mistake she offers to Klein to do it in the end - with Klein hesitating - and refusing to kiss from Asuna's side as to not go too far.
At the end she was a bit down to not be fully satisfied with Klein not wanting to do too much and all, but it was more of a thing on the spot (she was into it and all y'know, you can't fully blame her for wanting to be satisfied after they started it). And even when she goes home, she does think that a bigger penis was nice but didn't really thought of going to Klein again to satisfy herself, instead she thought of a sex toys for that, which would avoir another cheating or a real netorare (she also says Kirito's dick is still nice, but I suppose you may argue on this one).
We also don't see Kirito at all here, which could prove this as a one time thing, and there was no creampie either (so no impregnation, pregnancy and whatnot).
