I think that the more realistic the face, the less you should have the tongue stick out, and the eyes crossed. eyes just rolled back or heart eyes should work nicely regardless of style, and some of the pics with the gritting teeth work well to. Fucked silly is the objective here, but the real point is to give an expression that reflects how intense the situation is. As for pre/post blow job or pin ups it's hard to say if ahegao is all that appropriate but I guess it's all up to taste, I just know nothing beats that look of, "staring in awe" for pre fellatio pics, and the cross eyes kind of undermine that.
