Too polite.
Assuming that she says it in her rather dominant and slightly condescending way:
"Kommt ihr Maden!"
Or if you want to take a more patriotic approach:
"Kommt für euer Vaterland!"
The sentence is worded too politely and would then address if only one person. German is considered difficult, but allows for many more nuances in the language.
And these are not so easy to translate with a translator, and in most cases the German used in anime and manga is so badly grammatically that the sentence loses its effect.
But I think that's how most people feel when they read and/or hear my mother tongue somewhere else.
