I would work on grouping character sets together first, that will help you identify duplicates and streamline navigation. Then I would recommend eliminating censored versions where the uncensored is available.

And you did not add any kind of description to explain whats the difference!
This one is smaller and it also contains dupes from other ones.
Why wont you keep one but update it regularly? Its way easier if you just add new stuff to the end or beginning of your gallery.
It would make much more sense to keep one updated than creating new one with less quality, content and more dupes from your own previous galleries.

You can (and should) use Hydrus to manage your images. It has a built-in duplicate detection feature, uses booru-like tagging, and makes it easy to export related images for uploading to galleries. Then just make one gallery and update it with new content as you so please.
