@wehjix: Not going to speak with any authority since I have done no research on how viable and available such options are in China, but you might be able to get a pre-paid/refillable "debit/credit card" either physically or digitally. There are many different options that offer such services, both online and offline. Also check your appstores because there's usually such services available on mobile as well.

ok, so short story, the trash bot, is body of mc's mother, "body of mother" not "mother".

long story, direct route

20 years ago all AI self improve research was ban. MC's mother died 20 years ago.

Now mc is university student, need passing score in this semester or get kick out, 3 months before semester end.

one night when he was looking for trash bot to use in his project in scrap yard of some private company, no money to buy bot to use. Got chase by some dog bot,
found female trash bot.
After checking "her" data storage mc found a data partition that he cannot access, there is a very strong "firewall" protect that partition.

After some time process with the events it turn out that the partition is part of mc's mother data. 20 years ago mc's mother and the professor mc's under are team mate research human immortality by transfer human "soul" to robot body.
They found out that vessel without active personality cannot house transferred human mind.

When mc's mother was being transfer to fmc bot body, world government announced ban on all AI self improve research, so only droid or AI with human handler can be produce.

mc's mother mind data get scattered all over the net, part of that data stay in fmc bot as "she" is mc's mother vessel of the research.

Turn out that the professor's bot assistant p.340 is the one setup the "firewall" on that data partition in fmc bot. She "loves" the professor but the man only think of mc's mother, he even called mc's mother name when climax in side his assistant bot, "she" hate mc's mother. duh.

though all the events fmc bot develop "love" for mc and of couse mc loves fmc bot too.

At the end mc's mother help mc and fmc bot fight assistant bot, but the one finish it was the professor who blow his assistant bot head with his gun. tragic love story for assistant bot.

mc asked his mother if she was in control when mc and fmc bot was fucking, his mother said she was not in control but she watch it all like a 3th person in the room.

mc's mother take the data in fmc bot, now she is living in the net.

mc and fmc bot live together like couple.
